Catherine Zeller joins Euler Hermes as Head of Group Legal and as Corporate Secretary
On July 19, Catherine Zeller joined leading global credit insurer, Euler Hermes, as Head of Group Legal and as Corporate Secretary. (Paris, 19.07.2010)
Catherine Zeller began her career as a lawyer with Sales-Vincent & Associés in Paris. In 1997, she joined Landwell & Associés’ German Desk in Paris, handling assignments for German, UK and US groups: company law, acquisitions, restructuring, commercial contracts, etc. In 2005 she moved to Sterr-Koelln & Partners, a German law firm specialised in renewable energy, where she set up an office in Paris and developed the firm’s business in France.
From the end of 2006, Catherine Zeller managed legal affairs for Theolia, a renewable energy company listed on Eurolist. She went on to become a member of Theolia’s Executive Committee, and subsequently held the position of Corporate Secretary.
Catherine Zeller is French and has various law degrees (CAPA, DJCE and Master’s) and a post-graduate degree in international law from Aix-en-Provence University (France).
